Pop Culture Secure Pick-Up Policy

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the physical location:

• A government-issued photo ID (driver license, passport Id, or other).
• Your order number or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email
• Accept to take a copy of your identification for records.
• Fill the picked up items acceptance receipt.
• Items received have 14 days for money refunds.
• For your protection, only  the person who made the purchase may pick up the order.
• Only customers over 21 years of age can make the purchase and the pickup.
• Your items will remain available for a minimum of 15 days from the time you receive a Pick Up In Store Notification. Orders not claimed after that will be available based on the product type and store location. • Pick-up orders take 1-2 days to prepare.

PREORDER POLICY

By purchasing a preorder item from Pop Culture Depot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Preorder items are not currently in stock and are purchased in advance of their arrival.
• Estimated release dates and arrival times are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required at the time the preorder is placed.
• Preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been submitted.
• Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for shipment.
• Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
• If a manufacturer cancels a product or we are unable to fulfill the preorder, customers will be offered a full refund or store credit at our discretion.
• By completing your purchase, you agree to these preorder terms.
