Welcome to Pop Culture Depot! We want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Below is all the important information regarding our shipping process, rates, and delivery timelines.


1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Business Hours: Our team operates from 9 AM to 5 PM AST on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is successfully placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

2. Shipping Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options within the U.S. to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 business days):
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days):

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as weather, holidays, or courier delays). We will notify you immediately if there are any issues with your shipment.

For the most accurate delivery estimates, we encourage you to track your order using the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@popculturedepot.com.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number for a resolution.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us right away, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@popculturedepot.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can update the address once the order has been processed.


7. Return Shipping

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. For more details on how to return an item, please visit our Return Policy page. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
